Setting Up an Account with Lycos

There are many providers of free, web based e-mail. I am recommending and providing directions for Lycos (MailCity) because of the complete services provided by them.  MailCity was the first web based e-mail service I signed up for, and it stays very current with the marketplace.  Some additional providers are shown on the bottom of this page.
